1. Acceptance of Terms
Rental Wizard is a product of, and is operated by, Digital Enablers LLC (“Digital Enablers,” “Rental Wizard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Rental Wizard (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent (“you,” “your,” or “Tenant”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rental Wizard is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform providing equipment rental businesses with tools for website and lead management, CRM, quoting and contracts, fleet and asset management, field operations and scheduling, maintenance management, parts and inventory, procurement, finance and accounting, and HR/payroll functionality, made available on a modular subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. 4. Subscription, Billing & Modules
The Service is offered on a subscription basis, with a Basic platform tier and optional add-on modules, each billed monthly as described on our Pricing page. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants’ data; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
7. Your Data
As between you and Rental Wizard, you retain all ownership rights to the data you and your users enter into the Service (“Tenant Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Tenant Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. Upon termination, you may export your Tenant Data for [SPECIFY PERIOD, e.g. 30 DAYS] before it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Intellectual Property
Rental Wizard and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including its software, design, and underlying technology. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where practical, and we’re not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control. [ENTERPRISE SLA — SEPARATE DOCUMENT IF NEEDED]
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rental Wizard and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [SPECIFY PERIOD, e.g. 12 MONTHS] preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rental Wizard harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or from Tenant Data you upload to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as otherwise described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may terminate your account at any time as described in that same policy.
